Technical services

Cloudflare sets the technical __cf_bm cookie, which is required for bot protection and traffic security. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is not used by Alessio Marcone to profile visitors.

Google Analytics 4 — measurement

With measurement consent, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymous data about page views, traffic sources, device, CTA interactions, sections and scroll depth. Advertising signals and ad personalisation remain disabled.

The main cookies are _ga and _ga_<id>, used to distinguish users and sessions. On this website their duration is limited to a maximum of 390 days and is not renewed on each visit.

Microsoft Clarity — experience

With experience analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and reconstructed sessions to identify navigation difficulties and overlooked content. It may use cookies such as _clck and _clsk and Microsoft cookies related to the service.

Sharing with Microsoft Ads remains disabled. Withdrawing consent stops future loading and removes Clarity cookies accessible from the website.

Search Console and updates

Google Search Console is used to monitor indexing and organic search performance. It installs no scripts or cookies in the visitor’s browser.
